The invention relates to a procedure for the production of bricks products with the addition of silicon preparation in order to use a wide range of raw materials for the production of various brick products. The novelty in this invention is the use of special silicon preparation (trade name Caloxan) which is added in the amount of 3% wt. compared to the dry substance used for the production of brick products (e.g. clay), providing for the following:
Such a production procedure of brick products leads to a significant saving of energy, reduction of time required for the production, as well as the reduction of transport costs, and a finished product meets required standards. By reducing the fuel consumption the quantity of released CO2 (carbon dioxide) reduces up to 50% per produced unit.
