FEATURES
AND USE:

ECO IMPREGNIR WN is used for the protection of concrete, natural and artificial stone, ceramic and similar materials from high pressure water penetration. It is most commonly used for the impregnation of pools, tanks, flat roofs, terraces and all other areas where conventional water insulation cannot be carried out. Protected material is water repellent up to 8bar of water pressure, does not change color and does not receive a variety of contaminants usually brought by water. By preventing water penetration the remarkable material protection from environmental factors, particularly from the effects of frost, is achieved when using this product. Antistatic effect of silicone rejects impurities from the surface of material.
ECO IMPREGNIR WN has a health safety certificate, does not allow the deposition on the surface of the material, and can be used to protect the basins for drinking water, pottery and all types of glazed and unglazed ceramic etc.
It is recommended to use ECO IMPREGNIR WN in combination with our products ECO IMPREGNIR MK or ECO IMPREGNIR S, which are applied as first layer (primer) for the waterproofing of buildings.

PREPARATION
FOR
APPLICATION:

ECO IMPREGNIR WN is applied in a delivered shape. The material intended for protection should be dry and clean. Shortly before the application components I and II should be mixed in a 1:1 volume ratio.

APPLICATION
METHOD:

ECO IMPREGNIR WN is applied to the material by spraying or coating using pneumatic sprayer, mop, sponge etc. The procedure is performed several times to material saturation. The time interval between spraying should be 12-24 hours, depending on the porosity of the material and the ambient temperature. The material is protected after the complete evaporation of solvent.
ECO IMPREGNIR WN consumption, depending on the type of the material:
- with use of primer: 0,05-0,30L/m²;
- without primer: 0,10-0,60L/m².

SAFEGUARD MEASURES:

ECO IMPREGNIR WN is the solution in organic solvents, it is flammable, so its application must comply with fire safety measures, as when applying similar products that contain flammable solvents.

2x200L Metal barrels, 2x10L plastic cans and 2x1L plastic bottles.

STORAGE:

ECO IMPREGNIR WN should be stored outdoors and indoors away from the heat sources.

PRODUCT LIFETIME:

ECO IMPREGNIR WN can be kept in the original packaging for 6 (six) months.
