FEATURES
AND USE:

ECO IMPREGNIR M is used for the protection of metals and metal alloys from the corrosion. It is used in cases when the metal needs to maintain its original appearance (a little rust, patina, etc). The system consists of two components: water-based primer ECO IMPREGNIR MB and ECO IMPREGNIR M, a solution of methyl silicone in organic solvents, which is the main protective layer.
Along with ECO IMPREGNIR L, means for the protection of wood and wooden surfaces, it is commonly used for conservation of antique (trophy) weapons and tools.

PREPARATION
FOR
APPLICATION:

ECO IMPREGNIR M is applied in a delivered shape. The metal intended for protection should be previously degreased using detergent ECO RECEPT 02 and partially or completely cleaned from corrosion using detergents ECO RECEPT 01 or ECO RECEPT 04.

APPLICATION
METHOD:

ECO IMPREGNIR MB (primer) is applied to the metal by spraying or coating using pneumatic sprayer, mop, sponge etc. The excess material is removed by wiping with a cotton cloth. After complete drying of the component I (primer), the component II, ECO IMPREGNIR M, is applied to material in the same way. The material is protected after the product becomes dry.
ECO IMPREGNIR M consumption: 0,05-0,15L/m².

SAFEGUARD MEASURES:

ECO IMPREGNIR M is the solution in organic solvents, it is flammable, so its application must comply with fire safety measures, as when applying similar products that contain flammable solvents.
ECO IMPREGNIR MB is alkaline, so it is necessary to protect the face, hands and anything else not intended for conservation. Surfaces that are accidentally sprayed with this means can be washed with water.

PACKAGING:

2x10L Plastic cans and 2x1L plastic bottles.

STORAGE:

ECO IMPREGNIR M should be stored outdoors and indoors away from the heat sources at temperatures above 4°C.

PRODUCT LIFETIME:

ECO IMPREGNIR M can be kept in the original packaging for 6 (six) months.
