FEATURES
AND USE:

ECO D 01 is used as a separator for all types of concrete and mortar, plaster, gypsum and other mineral-based materials used in the construction industry. The silicone film adheres well to the treated surface and completely prevents bonding. Advantages of ECO D 01 over the other products with the same purposes are:

• Low consumption,
• Chemical inertness,
• A large number of working cycles,
• Longer usage of the molds and forms.

Surfaces treated with ECO D 01 remain unchanged and physiologically and ecologically serviceable.

PREPARATION
FOR
APPLICATION:

ECO D 01 is applied in a delivered form. The surface of mold to which the means is applied should be dry and completely clean.

APPLICATION METHOD:

ECO D 01 is applied to the surface by spraying or coating using pneumatic sprayer, mop, sponge etc. in one layer as thin as possible. The procedure is performed once, and the excess of means has to be removed. Molds and forms are exploited a few minutes after the application of means.
ECO D 01 consumption: 0,10-0,30L/m².

SAFEGUARD MEASURES:

ECO D 01 is the solution in organic solvents, it is flammable, so its application must comply with fire safety measures, as when applying similar products that contain flammable solvents.

PACKAGING:

200L Metal barrels 10L plastic cans and 1L plastic bottles.

STORAGE:

ECO D 01 should be stored outdoors and indoors away from the heat sources.

PRODUCT LIFETIME:

ECO D 01 can be kept indefinitely in the original packaging.
